Hello my Type A’s

CUPCAKES
COOKIES
SMASH CAKE

Hey Reader,

When Noah and I moved into our condo during the pandemic, the size of the kitchen wasn’t much of a concern. I have a full commercial bakery just down the street, after all.

But after seven years of running Ampersand, I’m craving some simple home baking. Now I’m faced with limited cabinet space and an oven the size of an easybake.

So I’ve been reorganizing the condo kitchen to squeeze in some baking essentials. Even though it’s super tiny, it still has all the annoying appliances to clean. I REALLY don’t want to clean the oven which is covered in burnt cheese from frozen pizzas. (Send me your tips, please!)

I made myself a Tiny Kitchen Baking Guide to slowly work through. In case it wasn’t obvious: Yes, I am the eldest daughter, Capricorn Rising, Type A personality. So creating an aesthetic guide for myself is totally on brand.

…and so is asking for feedback. (I NEED those gold stars.) So I would love for you to take a peek and see if I’m missing anything. What sections should I dive into? I would love to hear your recommended kitchen cleaning products.

Thanks bunches,

Stephanie

If I can bake in my tiny kitchen, you can too.

I traded my commercial bakery for a tiny condo kitchen. I'll show you how to bake more with less.
