You know we’re getting to the end of summer when back-to-school hits the store shelves. I’m not going to lie, I low-key love it. This should come as no surprise that the baker loves fall. It has the best baking, after all.
Along with Ampersand, I want to start baking in my TINY condo kitchen. How tiny is it? I had to buy a special cookie sheet that would fit in my oven. (It might as well be a toaster oven.) So I’ve been scaling down my cookie recipes from 12 dozen to twelve.
Over the next few months, I’ll be sharing some baking tips and downloadable recipes for those of you who want to bring the bakery into your own home.
If that’s not your thing, that’s totally okay. You can still get our signature cookies at the bakery or find me at the East Lynn Market on Thursday afternoons.
